STEPS:
You need to login using the details above. Once logged in, go to "EMAIL" located on the top of the page. On the left hand side, click on "eBay sales".
PLEASE NOTE: Aside from Gio and Camille, we do not touch anything on this email. We ONLY go to eBay Sales folder.
Go to the items one by one, on this case we only have 1 eBay email.
Go to the email, then it will take you to a page like this:
To respond to this email, you need to click on the BLUE REPLY button. And it will take you to another page.
Then enter your reply on the blank page using the templates provided to us by GIO. We can find the templates on another SOP named: Email Templates
You can now send the email by clicking on the BLUE SEND MESSAGE. Then when you get the success message. You can then close this page and go back to eBay emails.
Last step is to file the email you answered to PA Question folder, you just need to click MOVE then choose PA Question folder. And you are done :)
