For this type of concern, we would ask CX to submit a trouble ticket. 

Have them go to our main page on vehicle.accessories.com.au 

On the top of the page click on Need Support. Then click on OPEN TICKET and fill up the form and submit. 


When we have received the email things we need.



  1. Evaluate the issue/concern
  2. Get as much info you can collect
  3. Determine if part is right for vehicle
  4. Get pictures
